NEW YORK CITY-Animoto Inc. is nearly doubling its space on Lafayette Street in lower Manhattan. The company has signed a five-year lease with Newmark Holdings for 15,180 square feet of space at 440 Lafayette St.
Animoto plans to move from the Village at 214 Sullivan St. to the new location later this month. Asking rent was $39 per square foot.
