CAMBRIDGE, UK-Brookgate has submitted CB1 planning application to Cambridge City Council for the Fifty & Sixty Station Road project in Cambridge. The proposed plans, designed by Grimshaw, call for two new Grade A office buildings with retail on the ground floor.
The two buildings will provide approximately 131,000 square feet of offices and 3,000 square feet of ground floor retail space.
