CHICAGO-Chicago Title Insurance Co., a division of Jacksonville, Florida-based Fidelity National Financial, has signed a lease for 86,207 square feet of space at 10 S. LaSalle St. In February, Crain's reported that Chicago Title was in negotiations with the owner of S. LaSalle Street building, New York-based Feil Organization, to move there from 161 N. Clark St.
