NEW YORK CITY-Dentsu Holdings USA, an affiliate of Tokyo-based Dentsu Inc., has signed a new lease for 33,000 square feet of space at 32 Sixth Ave. The asking rent for the space was $50 per square foot.
With the new lease, Dentsu Holdings' total footprint in the 1.2-million-square-foot building, owned by the Rudin family, has reached 183,000 square feet. Scott Vinett and Alex Chudnoff of Jones Lang LaSalle represented the tenant, while the landlord was represented in-house by Robert Steinman. For the full story, go to New York Post .
