MAPLE VALLEY, WA-County records showed that a real estate investment company based in California has purchased a Safeway-anchored retail center in Maple Valley. Costa Mesa, California-based Donahue Schriber Realty Group paid $41 million for the Four Corners Shopping Center, a 14-acre retail property.
The Four Corners Shopping Center is located at Southeast Kent-Kangley Road and Maple Valley-Black Diamond Road Southeast. It was sold by Pallis Properties of Bellevue. For the full story, go to Seattle Times .
