NEW YORK CITY-Eastern Silk Mills Inc. is relocating its office from 561 Seventh Ave. to 148 W. 37th St. The company has inked a lease for 7,200 square feet of space at 148 W. 37th St.
Eastern Silk Mills will move to its new address in July. The asking rent for the 11-year deal was $32 per square foot.
