BALTIMORE-The Eastpoint Mall, a shopping center spanning 845,000 square feet at Eastern Avenue, Interstate 695 and North Point Boulevard in Baltimore County, will be sold at an auction on May 29. Towson-based Tidewater Auctions LLC is handling the sale.
The 67.2-acre mall, constructed in 1956, has over 100 service and retail tenants and 3,500 parking spots. Thor Equities LLC purchased the center for $112 million in 2006. The property is valued at $58.6 million. For the full story, go to Baltimore Business Journal .
