ALBANY-Jersen Construction Group has modified its plans for a warehouse facility near the $4.6-billion GlobalFoundries plant in Malta, New York. The Waterford-based company, which originally planned to construct an 89,000-square-foot facility for Fillpoint, has proposed a 130,000-square-foot warehouse after Fillpoint abandoned the plans.

Jersen has filed the application with the Saratoga County Industrial Development Agency. GlobalFoundries will lease half of Jersen's Malta warehouse for logistical operations. The warehouse will be built in the Saratoga Technology + Energy Park. For the full story, go to The Business Review .
