MILWAUKEE-Mandel Group Inc. of Milwaukee is planning to replace a parking area in Whitefish Bay with 103 apartments. The company is seeking financial help from the village for the $27-million apartment project.
The parking lot is situated near the junction of East Silver Spring Drive and North Santa Monica Boulevard. The project site contains a village-owned parking lot as well as a neighboring plot held by AnchorBank. The village Plan Commission will examine the proposed plans on Wednesday night.
