BALTIMORE-Nash Finch Co., a Minneapolis-based food distributor, has leased a warehouse space measuring 368,000 square feet at Wolf Commerce Center at 6304 Sheriff Road in Landover from Alliance Partners HSP LLC. The property's occupancy rate has reached 100% with the Nash Finch lease.
Financial terms of the lease deal were not revealed. Alliance Partners purchased the warehouse in 2010 and after renovation, leased 97,000 square feet in 2011. Other tenants include AAA Mid-Atlantic Inc., SMK Inc. and Zip Mailing Services Inc. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
