ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL-Nokia Siemens Networks B.V. has put its 64-acre office campus situated in Arlington Heights on the market for sale. The company took control of the office property nearly two years ago as part of its purchase of the wireless network infrastructure business of Motorola Inc. for $975 million.
The property, which has over 1.1 million square feet of offices, was valued at approximately $45.5 million. Nokia has hired the capital markets team of CBRE Inc. to market the campus. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
