MORRISVILLE, NC-Novella Clinical Inc. has leased a three-story office building in Morrisville from Duke Realty Corp. The contract research organization has leased the entire 1700 Perimeter Park Drive building measuring 77,239 square feet in Perimeter Park, a 2.5-million-square-foot development near Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
The Perimeter Park Drive building formerly housed Salix Pharmaceuticals. Brad Armstrong of UGL Equis represented the tenant, while Hooker Manning of Duke Realty represented the landlord in-house in the lease transaction. For the full story, go to Triangle Business Journal .
