NEW YORK CITY-Signal Hill Capital Group has leased roughly 5,300 square feet of space at 140 Broadway, a 51-story office building situated between Liberty and Cedar streets. The private investment bank plans to move from 55 Broadway to the Union Investment Real Estate-owned building later this month.
