SARASOTA, FL-A New York real estate firm has sold an apartment community in Manatee County for $13.5 million. Tradition Tarragon LLC, which acquired the Tradition at Palm-Aire Apartments in 2005 for $35 million, sold the property earlier this month to JWC Sarasota TPA LLC.
