PORTLAND, OR-The Zidell family has unveiled its South Waterfront mixed-use project. ZRZ Realty, a real estate arm of Zidell Marine Corp., has proposed a seven-story apartment project for its plot at the corner of Grover Street and Southwest Moody Street.

The 118-unit building could also include two restaurants as well as four other retailers. The mixed-use development will cost $20 million. If the Portland Design Commission approves Zidells' plan, the project will start in August and will be finished by mid-June 2013. For the full story, go to Portland Business Journal .
