PALM BEACH GARDENS, FL-ZOM Living is planning to construct a 224-unit apartment complex in Palm Beach Gardens. The company is developing the Hamptons at Palm Beach Gardens project on a 23-acre site it purchased for $7.9 million.
The site is situated on the Southwest corner of Central Gardens Boulevard and Hood Road. ZOM will develop the project in a joint venture with Northwestern Mutual Life.
