DORAL, FL-Armando Codina's CC Residential and New York-based AREA Property Partners have formed a joint venture to develop multifamily projects in South Florida. The AREA/CC Residential venture is constructing the 352-unit Signature at Doral in Miami-Dade County and the 350-unit Signature at Davie in central Broward.
The Doral community, formerly called Lakeside at Doral, will include 8 four-story buildings and is scheduled to be completed in September 2013. The Davie community, formerly called Toscana at Davie, started construction in April. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
