WASHINGTON, DC-CityCenterDC has secured an anchor tenant at its mixed-use redevelopment at the former convention center site in Washington, DC. Covington & Burling has inked a letter of intent to occupy 415,000 square feet in the $900-million development.
Hines is part of the development team and is planning to complete approximately 500,000 square feet of office space next year as part of CityCenterDC's first phase.
