NEW YORK CITY-North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System has signed a lease for a pre-built space on the second floor of 641 Lexington Ave. The company has inked a 10-year lease with Rudin Management for 11,076 square feet in the skyscraper to house its IT division.

Asking rent in the building was $55 per square foot. Newmark Grubb Knight Frank's Brent Ozarowski and Brian Waterman represented NS-LIJH, while Rudin Management's Robert Steinman represented the landlord in-house in the deal. For the full story, go to New York Post .
