NEW YORK CITY-The owners of the Woolworth Building, a 57-story property in lower Manhattan, have signed a deal to sell the top 25 floors of the skyscraper to an Israeli investor group for approximately $70 million. A partnership between Cammeby's International and the Witkoff Group purchased the building in 1998 for $126.5 million.

The top floors contain approximately 100,000 square feet of space. The remaining 32 floors are leased to office tenants. The 936,000-square-foot building is located at 233 Broadway. For the full story, go to Crain's New York Business .
