CHICAGO-The venture redeveloping the old Stateway Gardens public housing project in the Bronzeville neighborhood on the South Side is planning to begin its next phase, a $41-million project comprising 108 apartments. The Stateway Gardens project is now called Park Boulevard.

The new phase will create rental apartments in 12-unit structures at 4-10 W. 37th St., 16-22 W. 37th St. and 3633 S. State St. as well as a 72-unit structure at 3720 S. Dearborn St. Developer James Miller is leading the Park Boulevard venture. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
