
BALLWIN, MO-Farmington Hills, Michigan-based Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust has reached a contract to buy Central Plaza, a 166,468-square-foot retail center at Vlasis Drive and Manchester Road in Ballwin, for $21.6 million from St. Louis-based Pace Properties. The shopping center is 100% occupied.
The Central Plaza deal marks the third acquisition for Ramco-Gershenson in the St. Louis market. The firm also has agreed to purchase two retail centers in Boulder, Colorado, for $69.2 million and another center in the Milwaukee region for $15.1 million.
