SAN PEDRO, CA-Regency Centers Corp. has sold Park Plaza, a 199,666-square-foot retail center in San Pedro, for $62 million. The community retail center was purchased by a subsidiary of First Washington Realty Inc.
The retail mall, which sits on a 13-acre land in San Pedro's Western Avenue corridor, is 95% lease to tenants such as Bank of America, CVS, Office Depot and Petco. Columbia Park Plaza LLC, the Regency Centers entity, bought the center in 2001. Studley negotiated the deal on behalf of Regency. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
