BEDFORD, MA-RSA has signed a lease renewal deal for 328,232 square feet of office space at 174 & 176 Middlesex Turnpike in Bedford. The company houses its world headquarters in the two interconnected buildings on Middlesex Turnpike.
The corporate campus, constructed in 2001, is owned by Mariner Bedford Woods LLC. RSA is the Security Division of EMC Corp. In the lease deal, Cresa Partners represented the tenant, while the landlord was represented by Cushman & Wakefield. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
