MIAMI-Sunshine Bouquet is expanding its footprint in the Airport West submarket of Miami-Dade County. The fresh-cut flower supplier has inked a long-term lease with DCT Industrial Trust for 95,000 square feet of space in the Miami International Distribution Center at 2003 N.W. 70th Ave.
The new transaction brings the industrial center to 100% occupancy. Thomas Kresse, Ben Eisenberg and Watler Byrd of Transwestern handled the lease deal on behalf of DCT Industrial. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
