CHICAGO-The 16-story office building at 550 W. Washington Blvd. has reached sales block. Boston-based Beacon Capital Partners Inc. has hired Eastdil Secured to market the 372,000-square-foot office tower.

A person familiar with the property said that the building will fetch between $105 million and $115 million. Real Estate Alert estimated that the building could sell for approximately $120 million. The building, constructed in 2000, is more than 93% occupied. Beacon purchased the tower along with three other buildings in 2006. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
