HOUSTON-Brookfield Office Properties has signed two lease deals totaling approximately 272,000 square feet of space in downtown Houston with two energy companies. Rosetta Resources Operating LP has taken 108,565 square feet of space at Heritage Plaza at 1111 Bagby St. and Chevron U.S.A. Inc. has expanded its space by 163,950 square feet at the 1600 Smith Street building, formerly called Continental Center I.
Jones Lang LaSalle represented Rosetta and Cushman and Wakefield of Texas represented Chevron, while Brookfield had in-house representation in both deals. For the full story, go to Houston Business Journal .
