FRANKFURT-CBRE Global Investors has taken Phase 3 of the Multi-Park complex, Monchhof in Germany from OFB Projektentwicklung GmbH and MP Holding for roughly EUR 8 million. The Multi-Park complex is situated on the northwest of Frankfurt Airport.
