DETROIT-For the second time in a week, Detroit will break ground on a new retail project. The Gateway Marketplace shopping center will be built near Woodward and 8 Mile.
A Meijer Supercenter, a K&G Fashion Superstore and a Marshalls department store will anchor the 350,000-square-foot retail center. This will be Meijer's first store in the city.
