DENVER-First Western Financial Inc. of Denver is relocating its headquarters to 1900 16th St. from the Tabor Center. The company recently leased 49,584 square feet of space in the class AA office building.
First Western will occupy two floors in the 335,000-square-foot building. Doug Wulf of Cassidy Turley Fuller Real Estate represented the tenant, while David Hart and Chris Phenicie of CBRE Group Inc. represented the landlord in the lease negotiation.
