SALT LAKE CITY-KBS Real Estate Investment Trust III has acquired Gateway Tech Center, a five-story, 198,600-square-foot office structure in downtown Salt Lake City, for $30.3 million. The building, located at 155 N. 400 West St., was sold by SLHNet Investments LC.
The building was originally developed as a warehouse in 1909 for Salt Lake City Hardware Co. The building underwent renovation and emerged as Gateway Tech Center in 1996. It is currently 92% leased to 16 tenants. For the full story, go to Commercial Property Executive .
