LONDON-MWB Group Holdings has sold two Bistro du Vin restaurants in Clerkenwell and Soho for GBP 1.2 million. The company sold the Clerkenwell restaurant to Burger and Lobster Smithfield Limited and the Soho restaurant to Burger and Lobster Soho Limited.
MWB Group Holdings will use the disposal proceeds to support its general working capital requirements. The company said that the disposal will enable the management team to focus on expanding occupancies and revenues at Hotel du Vin, Malmaison and Business Exchange.
