LISLE, IL-Rosemont-based Opus Development Corp., a subsidiary of Minneapolis-based Opus Group, is starting construction on a four-story multifamily project in west suburban Lisle. Arboretum Landmark, a 310-apartment complex at 450 Warrenville Road, is part of a suburban apartment development boom spurred by growing rents and occupancies.
The Lisle apartment complex will have condo-style amenities such as a fitness center, an outdoor heated swimming pool, an outdoor fire pit and communal gas grills. Opus is expecting to open the project in September 2013. For the full story, go to Crain's Chicago Business .
