BOSTON-Synergy Investment & Development has reached a contract to purchase 441 Stuart St. in the Back Bay neighborhood of Boston for $40 million. The 11-story building, located at Dartmouth and Stuart streets, recently attracted over 100 potential buyers.

The previous owner, 441 Stuart St. Associates, bought the 163,770-square-foot property in 2004 for $37.5 million, but later Corus Bank of Chicago foreclosed on the property and bought it back for $17 million at an auction. HFF brokered the sale. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
