TAMARAC, FL-Miami-based Related Group's affiliate has sold the Sabal Palm apartment community located at 5900 N.W. 46th Terrace in Tamarac for $10.75 million. Sabal Palm Associates, the affiliate of Related Group, owned the 166-unit multifamily property since 1984.
The company had a $9.7-million mortgage on the apartment complex. Fisher Island-based YMP Golf Villas, operated by Moshe Popack, bought the property from Related Group on May 11.
