LONDON-One of leading hotels in London has been listed on the market for sale. Angelo Gordon, a global fund manager, and Amerimar, the hotel manager, have decided to sell the St. Ermin's hotel situated in Westminster in order to capitalize on the growing investor demand for hotel properties in London.
The St. Ermin's hotel, originally built in 1889, comprises 331 guest rooms. Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels will market the hotel and the firm's Executive Vice President, George Nicholas, will manage the sale. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
