NEW YORK CITY-Three tenants, namely, Morgan Stanley, Viacom Inc. and Citigroup Inc., have recently renewed their leases for approximately 500,000 square feet and above in New York. Most recently, Citigroup renewed its lease at 601 Lexington Ave.
The company will consolidate its employees scattered around the city into the Boston Properties-owned building. Asking rents for the upper-floor space in the Citigroup deal begin at $85 per square foot. CBRE Group Inc.'s Robert Alexander brokered the 10-year deal.
