CHULA VISTA, CA-CoStar Group reported that Newport Beach-based Griffin-American Healthcare REIT has acquired Centre Medical Plaza, a two-building medical property in Chula Vista, for $24.6 million. The medical office building, located 855-865 Third Ave., contains 74,944 square feet of space.
San Diego-based Grasela Investments LLC was the seller. The property, constructed in 1995 and 2001, is leased to tenants such as Children's Primary Care Medical, the state of California and Profile Institute for Clinical Research.
