ARLINGTON, VA-NBC Washington reported that the Arlington County Board has approved a proposal for a six-story apartment building with retail on the ground floor at 650 N. Glebe Road. The new project will replace a single-family house and the Goodyear building and will comprise 163 apartment units and 2,200 square feet of retail.

The board also recognized a $1.46-million deal to improve James Hunter Park in Lyon Village and an allotment of $5.7 million for the improvement of Columbia Pike. For the full story, go to Washington Business Journal .
