SAN ANTONIO-BC LYND Hospitality, a joint venture of BC Commercial Partners LLC and LYND, has purchased the St. Anthony Hotel, a 103-year-old historic property at 300 E. Travis St. in downtown San Antonio. The company is planning to spend $24 million to upgrade the hotel.
This is the first major acquisition for BC LYND. The acquisition price was not revealed. IBC Bank is offering the debt financing for the acquisition and renovation of the property. For the full story, go to San Antonio Business Journal .
