BOSTON-A four-unit residential apartment building located at 162 Prince St. in the North End neighborhood of Boston has changed hands for $1.55 million. Kingsley Brightwood LLC, a real estate development company based in Medford, Massachusetts, purchased the recently renovated apartment building from Prince Street Realty Trust.
The property was earlier sold in June 2011 for $901,000. NAI Hunneman's Investment Services negotiated the deal on behalf of the seller and procured the buyer. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
