BROOKFIELD, WI-Brookfield officials will consider proposals for three senior housing projects. Irvine, California-based Silverado Senior Living has proposed a new 48,000-square-foot building for up to 100 people at the southwest corner of Martin Drive and Davidson Road.
New Berlin-based Infinity Development Inc. has proposed a 48-bed facility at 2800 N. Calhoun Road and Wayne Wegenke, a New Berlin developer, has proposed a 25-bed building south of Interstate 94 and east of South Calhoun Road with 24-hour assisted living services.
