DORAL, FL-CC Residential, the multifamily unit of Armando Codina's companies, recently obtained a $42-million loan for The Signature at Doral. Nearly a week ago, New York-based AREA Property Partners, an international real estate investor, and CC Residential formed a joint venture to develop multifamily properties in South Florida.
The AREA/CC Residential venture reported that The Signature at Doral, a 352-unit apartment community, and The Signature at Davie, a 350-unit community, are under construction. PNC Bank provided the loan to CC Residential. For the full story, go to South Florida Business Journal .
