MILWAUKEE-Milwaukee developers Robert Schmidt and Robert Joseph are planning to renovate the old Prospect Mall in Milwaukee and build additional stories with apartment units. Joseph of Milwaukee-based Property Development LLC said that discussions are on for the project.
The partners purchased the Prospect Mall, a 42,000-square-foot center at 2217 N. Prospect Ave., in 2004. Under an option, the developers are planning to renovate the mall and build more floors atop the existing building with apartments.
