CARY, NC-Two anchor tenants have expanded their spaces in the 11000 Regency Lakeview building in Cary. India-based HCL Technologies has inked a lease to add 37,000 square feet to its existing space in the 253,490-square-foot building, bring its total footprint to 88,000 square feet.
SchoolDude of Cary and FacilityDude have added 13,372 square feet to its existing space in the office building, bringing its total square footage to roughly 48,000 square feet.
