BOSTON-Greenwich, Connecticut-based Ivy Realty and Meritage Properties have paid $26 million for 711 Atlantic Avenue, a boutique office building in downtown Boston. The six-story building is located on the other side of South Station.
The Atlantic Avenue building, constructed in 1890, underwent a full refurbishment in 2003 that included modernizing the property while retaining its beam and brick character. Lexham Private Investors purchased the office building in 2010 for $17.8 million. For the full story, go to Boston Business Journal .
