LEXINGTON, KY-PECO-ARC Institutional Joint Venture I has purchased two grocery-anchored retail centers in Kentucky and Colorado. The joint venture bought Meadowthorpe Shopping Center, a Kroger Co.-anchored center comprising over 87,000 square feet of space in Lexington, and New Windsor Marketplace, a King Soopers-anchored center measuring roughly 96,000 square feet in Windsor, Colorado, for a total amount of approximately $14.1 million.
