IRVING, TX-Schindler Elevator Corp., Switzerland-based Schindler Group's operating company, has leased 25,597 square feet at Parc 114, a 52-acre business center in Irving. The company will occupy space in building four of the business center situated beside Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport.
A joint venture between ORIX Capital Markets and Jackson-Shaw owns the business center. Jones Lang LaSalle's Forshey Hoobler represented the tenant, while Stream Realty Partners' Jeremy Kelly and Blake Kendrick represented the owner in the lease negotiation.
