MANCHESTER, UK-Segro has signed conditional contracts to sell four of its non-core industrial estates in the UK region to a Harbert Management Corporation (Europe) LLC fund for GBP 204.5 million. The four multi-tenant industrial estates contain roughly 4,736,120 square feet of leasable space.
The industrial portfolio includes Trafford Park in Manchester, Heywood Distribution Park in Rochdale and Meteor Park and Kings Norton Business Centre in Birmingham. Segro will close its two offices in Birmingham and Manchester as a result of this deal. For the full story, go to PropertyMall .
