IRVING, TX-SkyWalker Property Partners has purchased an office building measuring 70,938 square feet at 3301 W. Airport Freeway in Irving from a California-based family trust for an undisclosed price. The building is part of the portfolio of the Hangover Opportunity Fund LLC.
Gary Walker and Shane Benner of SkyWalker represented the buyer, while Grubb & Ellis Co.'s Tom Strohbehn represented the seller in the deal. SCM Real Estate Services' Justin McCarthy and Renee Efimoff will oversee leasing efforts at the building. For the full story, go to Dallas Business Journal .
